PROBLEM EXIST BETWEEN KEYBOARD AND CHAIR

User problems, we get that alot as a on phone support peeps.
sometimes you'll get so frustrated, just wanna kill yerself for having that job

i'll give you a few examples:

- Where's the ANY key ? oh u mean any any key on the keyboard... /facepalm
- Oh you mean my cup holder reads CDs & DVDs ?

trust me, there's a shit tonne MOAR

anyway, how hard is it to use some logic or trial & error self learning
